Course Info: A quarter-mile pond swim in mid-60s water temperature (for duathletes: a 2-mile killer trail run). Ten hard miles on your road bike, climbing a total of 1000 vertical feet. A 3-mile technical trail run through the woods of Nickerson State Park starting with an 18% hill descent and a deep-sand beach sprint, ending with a long 12% ascent.
