Course Info: The Ohio Super Sprint Triathlon Challenge is an exciting way to experience triathlon whether it?s your 1st triathlon or your 100th triathlon. The end of summer triathlon is great for all ages. Families can race together or race against each other. Get some exercise then stay and play! We have an awesome after race Festival with food, beverages, live music, and more. The entry fee includes your entry and entry to the post-event festival. Event shirts and finishers' medal are optional and can be purchased during registration. The event will be timed and we will have prizes for winners in each age group and overall. Course Distances: Swim 200 yards, Bike 6 miles, Run 1 mile. Exciting Format: Athletes can select to do the swim, bike, and run sequence only 1 time or elect to do it 2 or 3 times. Sprint - athletes will swim 200 yds, bike 6 miles, and run 1 mile and then finish. Challenge- athletes will swim 200 yds, bike 6 miles, run 1 miles and then repeat that sequence of swim, bike, run. Once completed with 2nd sequence then head to the Finish to complete the Challenge. Super Challenge - athletes will swim, bike, and run and repeat that sequence in order for a total of 3 times. Upon completion of 3rd sequence and 3rd run, head to Finish to complete their Super Challenge event.

More: The following event divisions are available to all distances: Age divisions: Male & Female: Under 19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80-89, etc Other: Relay teams Note: Reference age-up rules for all age division participants. Your age division and event start wave is based on your age as of December 31 of that year. For example, if you are 39 on the day of the race but will be 40 by December 31st, your wave and age divsion is 40-49. Failure to participate and start in the correct wave will cause your time to be inaccurate and impact division results. AWARDS Only the Top 3 overall in each event and the top finisher by gender in each age division are elgible for awards. Awards will be handed out at the post-event award ceremony. No awards will be mailed. IMPORTANT: It is important that you begin your event in the proper event wave. As example, If you are 39 on the day of the race but will be 40 by December 31st, your wave and age divsion is 40-49.

Directions: From the Cleveland to host venue - Take Route 71 South Columbus to SR 36/37. Turn RIGHT toward Delaware. Take 36/37 toward Delaware - Stay in Left lane - Turn Left at South Old State Rd (There will be Alum Creek sign). Take Old State Rd approximately 5 miles to Lewis Center Rd (4 way stop) - Turn LEFT toward BEACH. Beach entrance is approximately 1 mile on the Left. From Toledo to host venue - Take S.R 23 South to Orange Rd- about 7 miles South of Delaware. Turn Left at Orange Rd. Take Orange Rd to Old State Rd - Turn LEFT. Take Old State Rd to Lewis Center Rd. Turn Right. Take Lewis Center Rd approximately 3 miles to BEACH entrance. Turn Left into Beach entrance. From Cincinnati to host venue - Take Route 71 North to SR 36/37. Turn LEFT toward Delaware. Take 36/37 toward Delaware - Stay in Left lane - Turn Left at South Old State Rd (There will be Alum Creek sign). Take Old State Rd approximately 5 miles to Lewis Center Rd (4 way stop) - Turn LEFT toward BEACH. Beach entrance is approximately 1 mile on the Left. From Dayton to host venue - Take I-70E toward Columbus to I-270 North via Exit 93B to Cleveland. Take I-270N to SR 23 North. Take SR 23 North about 5 miles to Orange Rd. Turn Right. Take Orange Rd to Old State Rd. Turn Left. Take Old State Rd to Lewis Center Rd. Turn RIGHT. Take Lewis Center Rd about 3 miles to Alum Creek State Park. Turn LEFT into Park.
