Course Info: Youth triathlon for ages 15& under, swim is in a beach area of the lake, bike is entirely in the state park and on state park roads and the run is in the state park on trails and roads.

7& under no swim, 1/4 mile bike, 1/8 mile run (fun race, not timed)
8-9 is a 50 yard swim, 1/2 mile bike, 1/4 mile run.
10-11 is a 100 yard swim, 1 mile bike, 1/2 mile run.
12-13 is a 200 yard swim, 3 mile bike, 1 mile run.
14-15 is a 300 yard swim, 6 mile bike, 2 mile run.
Directions: Google search Woodcock Lake Beach and Campground for directions.
