General Information
Registration fees included or disclosed up front?: Yes, all registration/convenience fees are included in price or disclosed up front. Course Info: The swim will be staged in the Russian River, just four miles downstream from Johnson's Beach, the venue where the other Vineman Triathlon events have been held for more than two decades. The bike course follows the Russian River and travels through the old growth redwood trees before continuing west to where the Russian River meets the Pacific Ocean. The run is held on the course that once was the home of the Moscow Road Race, a popular run from the running boom days of the 1970's. The run course is flat, fast, and shaded almost the entire way.
More: Prizes are awarded for 19&Under and each five year age group starting with 20-24 and going all the way up to 80+.
Drafting is not allowed in this event and the course will be marshaled by USA Triathlon officials.
