Run #1 and #2: This is a quick out and back 2 mile run course with ample locations to see your friends and family on the course.
Bike: Rolling country hills for the 15 mile Lake Country bike course. This is a well marked course with mechanical support provided.
More: The annual Lake Country Duathlon is located in Ixonia Wisconsin. Part of the Wisconsin Duathlon Series. It's NEVER to late to Tri and DO A DU, join us at this late season gem consisting of a 2 mile run, 15 mile bike and another 2 mile run. GREAT event for 1st timers and families! Located at the park is a jungle gym for the kids and horseshoe pits to enjoy after the event with the family.
