Run #1: A pancake flat 2 mile course on pavement.
Bike: A quick 20 mile rolling hill course with country views. This is a well marked course with mechanical support provided by Endurance House.
Run #2: Another flat 2 mile course that is different from the first run course.
More: An early season, Memorial Weekend multisport event to satisfy everyone! Part of the Wisconsin Duathlon Series. The layout of this event is great for first timers and for those wanting to test your limits to get the 'cob webs' out after the long winter months. The 8th annual Cooney Duathlon consists of a 2 mile run, 20 mile bike ride and finishes with another 2 mile run.
