Registration fees included or disclosed up front?: Yes, all registration/convenience fees are included in price or disclosed up front. Course Info: The SwimRun Triad course consists of 17 legs – 9 running and 8 swimming. With 10 miles of running and 2.4 miles of swimming, you should feel extremely accomplished once this race is over! None of this swim sections are over 4/10 of a mile and none of the runs are over 1.75 miles. This should break everything up nicely and keep the course fun for everyone.

Directions: There is ample parking at the race venue allowing athletes to spend more time prepping for the race and less time worrying about where logistics! Fleet Feet Greensboro will also be out there helping with bag check for all of our athletes!
