General Information
Registration fees included or disclosed up front?: Not specified whether registration/convenience fees are added. Course Info: The race will take place at USA Baseball National Training Complex (NTC) off Green Hope School Road which is also home to USA Baseball.
The long course run will be 2.5 miles out and back completed twice with small rolling hills through the park and local communities. The second segment of the run will mirror the first run with aid stations right outside the transition area and at the 2nd run turnaround. The short course will be out and back 2.5 miles.
The bike course will ride along many familiar roads to local cyclists including a favorite “Big Woods Road”. The ride will feature fast, flat, rolling and climbing sections and multiple views of Lake Jordan. The short course bike will take a right turn at Farrington Road and then a another right on Martha's Chapel Road on the original long course.

Relays - Athletes can register as a relay team for the duathlon. Teams are comprised of two members, each member does one event; the run or bike.
