The swim will be a 250 yd pool swim. The bike is an easy 7 mile out and bike course with an aid station at the turnaround. The run / walk is a relatively flat 2 mile out and back with an aid station at the turnaround.

Relays - Athletes can register as a relay team for the triathlon. Teams are composed of three members, each doing one event; the swim, bike or run. Teams can be composed of two members, one person will just have to register for two events
