Pool swim has 50 meter lanes that are 9 ft wide.
Bike – 13.8 miles

The bike course is a three loop course that is 13.8 miles long. There are a few hills but the course is still fast. Police and volunteers will be at all intersections
Run – 3.1 Miles
The run course is an out and back path on a beautiful wooded trail.
