Course Info: Olympic and Sprint Distances, in addition to Duathlon and Relays are being offered in 2017. The Sprint distance course includes a 500 meter swim in Longview Lake, 20K bike course along the scenic roads around Longview College and finishes with a 5K run through the trail system of Longview Lake. The Olympic course consists of a 1.5K swim, 40K bike and 10K run throughout the same areas as the Sprint Course. The Kansas City Triathlon truly has something for everyone.

More: Ages 15+ may participate. All participants will receive a custom technical tee as well as a finisher tee when they cross the finish line. Awards will be presented to the overall winners of each distance as well as top 4 in each age group.

Directions: Enter on Longview Road, east of Raytown Road. Directions from 71 Hwy: Exit East onto Longview Rd. Continue East along Longview Rd., passing Raytown Rd, and follow Parking attendants directions to parking lots, just East of Raytown Rd. Directions from 470: Exit Raytown Road and go South. At Longview Road go left or East. Please enter through Longview Road entrance. Follow Parking attendant’s directions to parking lots, just East of Raytown Rd.
