Course Info: oin us Sunday, June 25, 2017 for the 4th annual MingoMan Triathlon and Duathlon presented by Mount Carmel! The event will be packed with heart-pounding action as a point-to-point triathlon starting with a swim in the reservoir of Delaware State Park, a bike race to the heart of Ohio to the City of Delaware, and finally an exciting run through the streets of Delaware Ohio.
