Registration fees included or disclosed up front?: Not specified whether registration/convenience fees are added. Course Info: Lake Absegami in Bass River State Forest is a man made lake with clear waters. The start is on a well maintained and clean beach area. It will probably be one of your most enjoyable swims. The water temperature has always been in the upper sixties. We recommend you wear a wet suit. The bike course is primarily right turns on country roads with wide shoulders. The mile run course is a fast flat run with lots of shade and on the roads and paths of the campground area of the Bass River State Park.

Water stations will have gels, sports drinks (brand to be announced) and bananas and fruits.
Bottle exchange: Drop off is at the entrance of the park before the booth. U-turn at the booth and grab a bottle from one of our volunteers.
Porta Potties will be by the beach house.
