Calm lake swim, Wet suits allowed. Paved bike course with some hills. Paved and trail scenic run course with some slight hills.

Directions: Frank G. Bonelli Park is located on the Northeast corner of the 10 and 57 Freeways in San Dimas, CA. 91773
This event starts on the North side of the park off of Puddingstone Drive.
• From San Diego, 5 North to 57 North, cross over the 10 freeway and esit Via Verde Drive.
• From Redondo Beach area etc. 10 East to 57 North and Exit Via Verde.
• From Pasadena area etc. 210 East to 57 South and exit Via Verde.
• From the East take the 5 freeway or 10 freeway to the 57 North and exit Via Verde.
