Course Descriptions:

Swim:
The swim is a 750 meters in the Lake Harris. It will be a point to point swim. The start and finish of the swim are about 400 yards apart.

Bike:
The bike course is one 17.5 mile loop. The course is rolling and takes place on rural county roads. The roads are open to traffic - but traffic is usually fairly light.

Run:

The 5K run course is an out & back with a loop. The course is rolling and moderately shaded, with about 50% on pavement and 50% on hard-packed trails.
