Course Info: 880 meter Swim Course: The swim course will begin and end in Lake Brandt Marina. The swim will start just south of the boat launch and head straight out into Lake Brandt. This will be a clockwise swim and you will keep the bouys on your right. Orandy bouys are turn buoys and yellow bouys are for sighting.
12.5 Mile Bike Course: This bike course utilizes bike routes regularly used by Greensboro cyclists. Leave the marina and checkout some of the beautiful northern roads of Guilford County.
3.25 mile run: Just over a 5K this route will take you into one of the hidden gems of a neighborhood found right by Lake Brandt.

Directions: Parking will be available at the marina for the first 50 cars. Overflow parking will be available at trailheads on Lake Brandt Rd. and at Wharton Elementary School (5813 Lake Brandt Rd Greensboro, NC 27455).
