Course Info: Life Time Tri Minneapolis truly lets you "Race the Lakes" and more! The race starts with a swim in the calm, warm waters of Lake Nokomis. Next, racers bike the beautiful roads overlooking the Mississippi River and surrounding Lake Harriet. The event finishes with a run around Nokomis and a finish line that lets right into our amazing post-race festival.

A swim in Lake Nokomis is followed by a relatively flat but winding tour that includes Minneapolis, St. Paul and the Mississippi River that divides them. A fast, flat run around Lake Nokomis finishes the race before participants are greeted by a raucous crowd of VIPs, professional triathletes, vendors and musical entertainment.
