The race starts with a swim in the calm, warm waters of Lake Nokomis. Next, racers bike the beautiful roads overlooking the Mississippi River and surrounding Lake Harriet. The event finishes with a run around Nokomis and a finish line that lets right into our amazing post-race festival.

Directions: Parking is available on residential streets surrounding the course. Parking is not permitted on the bike portion of the course or at the race site. Please find parking in the residential areas around the race site and be courteous of private residences.
