Course Info: The Superior Man is an epic triathlon that draws athletes from around North America to “Escape from the Vista Fleet” into the bay of Lake Superior. On August 24th in Duluth, MN athletes will embark on a 1.2 mile swim, 56 mile bike, and 13.1 mile run along Lake Superior’s North Shore. A unique transition inside of an arena and a grand finish in Bayfront Park are a part of why Minnesota Triathletes rated the event as the "2013 Athlete’s Choice Race of the Year!"

Directions: The Superior Man Triathlon is at the DECC Arena near the Canal Park area of Duluth, Minnesota. From Minneapolis, take 35 North into Duluth and exit on Lake Avenue.
