Course Info: The Tri Fall Creek Falls Triathlon is a popular Olympic distance triathlon put on by the folks at Endurance Sports Management (the organizers of a variety of triathlons and trail run events in the Tennessee and North Carolina area). The triathlon takes place at Tennessee's most popular state park and is centrally located between Knoxville, Nashville and Chattanooga, making it very accessible.
The Banjo awards and bluegrass music are highlights of a wonderful time to be had by all in this quite rural setting.

SWIM - 1500 meters - The swim takes place in a lake - meaning no current, no large swells and warm water. Water temperatures may exceed 78 degrees so the decision on whether wetsuits are allowed takes place race morning.
BIKE - 40 kilometer - The bike is a flat to rolling bike course that is perfect for athletes of all abilities.
RUN - 10 kilometers - The run is one of the highlights of the course, as it takes place on a shaded bike trail through the beautiful woods of the state park. The run features rolling hills--nothing steep.
Directions: Directions- From Nashville take I-40 East to Cookeville. Turn right onto 111 South (exit 288).Travel approx. 45 miles. Left on Highway 284 – park about 10 miles. From Knoxville, take I-40 West to Crossville to Peavine (exit 322). Take a left off the exit, turn right at the light and follow Highway 101 to Highway 30. Turn right on Hwy 30, park entrance is about 6 miles on the left. From Atlanta, take I-75 North to Chattanooga, take I-24 toward Nashville, take Hwy 27 North toward Dayton and follow Highway 111 North to Hwy. 284 on the right – park about 10 miles. Follow signs & arrows to race site.
