Registration fees included or disclosed up front?: Not specified whether registration/convenience fees are added. Course Info: The swim will be a "time trial" start with fastest swimmers going first. Each swimmer will do three (3) lengths of the 50 meter pool.
The bike course is also an out and back on rural roads within Loudon County. Terrain is mainly flat and fast. No aid stations on bike.
The run course uses the Lenoir City Greenway for the out and back 4K run. Aid stations will be passed each mile of this rolling course.

Directions: RACE LOCATION - The Loudon Pool is located at 1204 Mulberry Road, Loudon, TN 37774. Parking will be at the Loudon High School right next to the pool. Please walk to pool area. Bring Photo ID. Directions: I-75 to exit 72- to Loudon, LEFT on Hwy. 11 (first light) – RIGHT just over 1/2 mile to Loudon High School, then to Pool Area.
