General Information
Registration fees included or disclosed up front?: Not specified whether registration/convenience fees are added. Course Info: Choose either a 400 meter swim in the triathlon or 5K run in the duathlon. Each event is followed by a 16.1 mile bike and 5 K run.

More: Hammer Sprint Triathlon & Duathlon benefit the Humane Society of Loudon County in memory of a special dog named “HAMMER”. These early season USAT sanctioned events are in there 14th year in 2014. Come out for a great cause and test your off-season work!
Hammer Nutrition products in race packets and GU will be available on courses.Late registration & packet pickup is Saturday from 4 PM to 6:30 PM and Sunday from 6:30 AM to 7:45 AM - location: TVA Tellico Recreation area, directions below. Race walk through Saturday at 6 PM at race site. Arrive at site Sunday no later than 7 AM EST for ample time for parking, packet pickup and getting ready for event starting promptly at 8 AM EST.
Directions: LOCATION – TVA Tellico Dam Recreation Area (at start of Tellico Parkway), Lenoir City, TN – Exit I-75 at Lenoir City, take Rt. 321 South toward Maryville, past Rt. 11 & over Ft. Loudon Dam, exit right after dam to Tellico Parkway, go straight at stop sign to race site. (Race site +/- 5 miles S of I-75)
Age Groups and Awards: Overall awards for the top three male and female finishers & top three male and female masters. Age group awards for first, second, and third place in the following M & F age groups: 12-15, 16-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45- 49, 50-55, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70 and over & top 3 Clydesdale & Athena. Open Relay Division: Male, Female, and Co-ed.
