Course Info: SWIM Course: You will quickly realize the beauty of Stagecoach State Park as you swim our Olympic or Half Iron course. Clean water and spectacular views highlight the start of this memorable race.



PROPOSED BIKE Course: Take a left turn out of the Stagecoach Lake Area on Hwy. 14 toward Oak Creek. Riders will have newly paved rolling terrain to navigate. Take in the beauty of this incredible rolling ride for the first stages of your bike, then enjoy several miles of gradual downhill’s where bikers can fly on the wide shoulders all the way back into Steamboat. Take a right on 14, up Yellow Jacket Climb back to Stagecoach Lake. Check back for additional details, course confirmation



RUN Course: Perfectly designed to aid in a fast recovery as our run takes place on 95% packed dirt trails. The run takes you on a fairly flat jaunt around Stagecoach Lake with a hilly out and back section at the far end of the lake at the magnificent dam. Aid Stations located approximately every mile.

Getting Here



Getting to Steamboat Springs is easy! Whether you prefer ground or air, there are many options for getting you to this unforgettable destination.

Travel by Air



The Yampa Valley Regional Airport (Steamboat/Hayden HDN) is located just 22 miles from town. A newly transformed, ultra-spacious terminal facility will greet passengers upon their arrival. Steamboat offers year round all-jet air service with convenient connections nationwide.



Another option, Denver International Airport is approximately 160 miles east of Steamboat Springs with most major airlines servicing DIA from both domestic and international locations throughout the world.

Drive to Steamboat Springs



Steamboat Springs is a scenic 157 mile drive west of Denver. The views are spectacular along the I-70 corridor and Rabbit Ears Pass and it’s not uncommon for travelers to see wildlife, including elk, mountain goats, big horn sheep, eagles and deer.

Ground Transportation



Not only is getting to Steamboat easy, it also easy getting around in Steamboat. Airport transfers are available from both the Steamboat/Hayden Airport and Denver International Airport making travel very convenient.



Steamboat offers many options once you’re in town that include shuttle service, private transfers, taxi and limousine service, rental cars and FREE city-wide bus service.
