Course Info: The second annual Wells Fargo Heels and Wheels Duathlon is the spring duathlon on RDE's calendar. The beautiful Johnson Bible College campus is the site for this run/bike/run event. A 5K combination campus/cross country run, followed by a15k rolling road bike course, and culminating with a 3k sprint to the finish—this promises to quickly become one of the premier duathlons in the south. Heels and Wheels 5k is also available for those non-bikers. Highlights include technical race shirt & post race “lunch” spread. Proceeds go to Johnson Bible College. Expected participation--200
