Course Info: 7th Annunal Rapid City Triathlon. Snake swim in a 50m pool followed by a 18 k bike on city roads (high traffic area coned) and a 5K run on city roads. This year will add a 5Kor 10 Trail run on Saturday evening and a duathlon (3K-18K-5K) on Sunday with the Triathlon.
