Course Info: The Dash & Splash is a 100% fund-raising event for the March of Dimes taking place before the doors open for the Saturday, Feb. 18th Wellness Center at Baptist Triathlon Expo.
This will be a FUN RACE with awards donated by sponsors and earned by finishing as close to possible to your pre-race PREDICTED FINISH TIME. No watches, computers, Sun Dials or other timing devices allowed!
Event is USAT Sanctioned. Either an annual or one-day USAT license is required to participate. Details are noted during registration process.

The run will be a mass start just outside the Wellness Center at Baptist Hospital, past Krispi Creme Donuts & completing two loops of Centennial Park before returning the same route to the Wellness Center pool.

Athletes will continue the event with six (6) lengths of the indoor pool.
Timing chips will be used to record each segment of the event. No athlete watches, computers or other timing devices permitted.

Donated prizes will be awarded as follows: closest athlete to predicted finish time gets first pick, second next & so on until everyone is happy!
Come cheer on your friends and family. Participants will be able to use the Wellness facilities before and after the event to get ready and clean up afterwards.
