Lake Erie swim of 750 meters along Gallagher Pier makes this a beautiful and spectator friendly swim. Very fast bike course followed by a run along the shoreline.

Race day features a sprint race for age-group participants, and NEW in 2012, a para-triathlon division and relay team divisions!
Awards as follows: Overall Male & Female, overall Clydesdale & Lady Athena. 5 year age-groups, three deep - male & female from 14 - 75+ years old.
