Course Info: Adult Course: Interactive Maps
Swim Course: Turns will be mark with 6 ft diameter inflatable buoys. Sprint course athletes will complete one loop. Intermediate and Aquabike will complete two loops without exiting the water. F1 Intermediate athletes will complete two lap during their first swim and only one loop their second swim.
Bike Course: There will be no bottle exchange on the course. F1 Intermediate athletes will have a bottle exchange in their portion of the transition area.

Run Course: 4 aid stations per loop (HEED, Water, ice, Hammer Gel, Coke, pretzels, animal crackers, and M and M's) and one in the transition area.
Transition Area: Click This!!! . The F1 Intermediate athletes will have a location within the TA that is separate from the Sprint, Intermediate, Du and Aquabikers.
F1 Intermediate Cutoff times: You must have the following segments completed by the time below to be able to continue on the course. Athletes not making the time cutoffs on the bike and run will be unsupported after the cutoff time had elapsed.
2nd Swim Cutoff Time: 12:15pm
2nd Bike Cutoff Time: 2:15pm
2nd Run Cutoff Time: 3:15pm
