Course Info: The Carl Hart Duathlon is a great way to start your season! This event has been a mainstay on the multi-sport scene for over fifteen years. Very flat loop course. Some grass and dirt for run.
RUN- 2 Miles
Road and trail run in the park.
BIKE- 10.5 Miles (3 Laps)
On park road that will be closed to vehicle traffic for the duration of the event.
Bikes allowed: Road bike, time trial, mountain bike, hybrid or beach cruiser. (Sorry, no tandem or recumbent bikes!)
RUN-2 Miles
Road and trail run in the park (same as the first run). There will be a water stop at the beginning of this loop.
