Course Info: Beautiful and challenging course.
SWIM: The swim will be in the beautiful Beltzville Lake. Access to water is from a public beach. The water temp in June can range from 62-76'F. Wetsuits are allowed and encouraged.
BIKE: Bike Course
The long course will be a two loop course (56 miles) along the scenic and challenging mountains of the Poconos. The rolling course offers elevations, at times, that exceed 650’.
RUN: The trails will take the athletes over the Beltzville Dam (by special permission of the Army Corps of Engineers) offering a panoramic view of the Park and Reservoir. The last 1/2 mile is a very spectator friendly finish!

Directions: Beltzville State Park is five miles east of Lehighton, just off of US 209.
From the Northeast Extension of the Pennsylvania Turnpike take Exit 74
turn left after the toll onto Rt. 209
take the next left onto Harrity Rd.
Take the next Right onto Pohopoco Dr.
Park entrance is 3 miles down on the right
