Course Info: Now in its 17th year this tremendously popular, yet low-key, grassroots race is famous not only for its commemorative “Hoody” but also for its one loop swim course, beautiful ride through the Saanich Peninsula, and two loop trail run around the scenic lake setting.

The race has a rich history of producing Ironman Champions and was recently named as one of the top 10 Greenest Triathlons in the world!
