Course Info: All events start and finish at Tempe Beach Park. The swim takes place in Tempe Town Lake which is a man-made resorvoir that's very calm unless there are high winds. The bike course will be looped, mostly flat and super fast around the City of Tempe. The run course will loop around Tempe Town Lake, with beautiful view of the lake and the City of Tempe.

RACE DIVISIONS
Age Groups - broken down to 5-year increments, based on your age as of December 31, 2012.
Relay Teams - consist of two or three members. For 2-person teams, one person must do two of the legs. For 3-person teams, each person does one leg. We have had some creative team names, costumes, etc., so bring it!
Buddy Wave Division
If you want to complete the race with another participant who is NOT in your age group (mom, sister, friend etc) the Buddy Wave is for you! The Buddy Wave will be the last wave.
* Buddy Wave athletes are not eligible for awards. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO RACE IN THE BUDDY WAVE FOR THE OLYMPIC DISTANCE, YOU MUST NOTIFY US AT REGISTRATION/PACKET PICKUP.
Pro Division
In order to compete in this wave you must provide the following:
Proof of USAT Elite Membership
Proof of Professional Status
*Pro Division athletes are not eligible for age-group awards.

6:30am - Race begins with first wave
11:00am (approximately) - Awards Ceremony
Directions: Parking is available (limited) for athletes in the US Airways parking garage and is FREE! Once the garage is full you will need to park on city streets OR at other parking lots near Rio Salado and Mill Avenue. Additional directions to the venue can be found here at www.redrockco.com
