Course Info: The Sandman Triathlon consists of a 1K open water swim in the Atlantic Ocean. The 14 mile bike course is flat and fast and the 5K run is held entirely on the picturesque Virginia Beach Boardwalk.
More: Awards are offered in the Open Division, numerous age group divisions as well as weight divisions.
This is a USA Triathlon sanctioned event and all USAT rules will be followed.
Directions: Take I-264 east to the right side of the continent. Turn right on Atlantic Avenue. The transition area is 23 blocks south.
