This event is a USAT Sanctioned event as well as the Vermont Qualifier for the Best of the US Amateur Triathlete Competition. The top 33% of finisher in each 5 year age group will qualify to compete at the USAT national championship event. The Lake Dunmore region is a most spectacular and pristine place to swim, bike and run. Novice and advanced triathletes alike marvel the beauty of our courses and enjoy the mountains, lakes and streams of Central Vermont. The swim takes place in warm, calm, crystal clear Lake Dunmore. The bike and run courses loop around the rolling hills of the lake.
