Course Info: Event will consist of a 15 min swim (pool)- 20 min Bike (stationary bike - not spinning bike) - 15 min run (treadmill).

You will start off in your own lane in the Y's 20 yard pool - No lane sharing! Next enjoy one of the few races that can promise Zero drafting as you hop aboard a stationary bike and crank away. Lastly transition to your treadmill and see how fast you can hang on as you round out your race!

There will be 5 minutes alloted for transition between each event with an area designated as the transition zone.

Each participant gets full use of the Y for the day so after your race take a dip in the hot tub to relax or enjoy one of the sauna's. Play some basketball or give racquetball a try!

Awards will be given to the top three overall men and woman
