Course Info: Open water swim at Lake Geode - warm water. Bike course in and around Lake Geode State Park - good rural roads - from flat to challenging hills. Very challenging run course within Lake Geode State Park including rolling to challenging hills.
More: Race guide available on website. $1,500 in total cash awards for top five male and female finishers. Additional cash awards for Masters. Trophies to top 3 male & female finishers overall, in each age group and for top 3 female, male and mixed teams. Race is not draft legal. Nice dri-fit shirts for racers. Race is part of the Heart of America series.
