Swim: The swim course is in clean water in the St. Lawrence River.
Bike: The bike course is held on closed roads along within the city of Cornwall. The course is slightly rolling but technical.
Run: The run is held on the recreational path along the St. Lawrence River. The run course is slightly rolling and 10km in length.
More: The race also features the sprint distance (750m, 20km, 5km) and Try-a-tri (200m, 10km, 2.5km) distances as well as a Sprint Relay.
On Saturday the 26th, the Cornwall Triathlon features a youth race day on closed roads in the heart of Cornwall.

Directions: Cornwall is located in Eastern Ontario close to the Quebec border and only 1 hour from Montreal and Ottawa. Cornwall is situated on HWY 401 and the race site is easily found via the Boundary exit, south to Montreal Road and then west to the race site.
