Description Triathlon: 250 meter swim (1 lap) - 7mi bike (2 laps) - 2k run (1 lap) X THREE. Duathlon: 2k run (1 lap) - 7mi bike (2 laps) - 2k run (1 lap) X THREE. *Next race starts 5 minutes after the last finisher. Participants will be pulled from the race if finishing more that 10 minutes behind the first finisher.
