Course Info: The swim starts with a deep water start in beautiful Lake Meridian with views of Mount Rainier. After the swim, head off onto a challenging bike course out towards Black Diamond and the run takes you onto the Soos Creek Trail. Includes Olympic, Sprint & Super Sprint Tri, Olympic and Sprint Relays
