Course Info: The Sonoma Women's Tri offers an out-and-back swim in the Russian River, which is dammed at Healdsburg Veteran's Memorial Beach. The bike takes place on road through nearby vineyards. The run, also, is an out-and-back on roads above the Russian River.
More: Run in 2017 as Barb's Tri, Sonoma Women's Tri offers a great, fast race in a supportive, women-centered environment. This event is as great for competitive racers as it is for first timers. rnrnAgain in 2018, we are raising money to support cancer patients in Sonoma County, in partnership with the Sutter Institute for Health and Healing. Athletes can choose to fundraise or purchase a registration that has a donation included.
Directions: Healdsburg is approximately an hour north of San Francisco on the 101 freeway.
